Data processing and storage

Log Files

Every time you access our websites, log files are automatically stored in order to provide our websites in a functional manner. Newsletter Data

If you would like to receive information about our portfolio on an ongoing basis via online channels (e.g. email), we require your email address, your name and, if applicable, a company name incl. country, as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the email address provided and that you agree to receive the information delivery. This data is collected via form and used exclusively for sending the agreed information.

After submitting the form, each user receives an email to the specified email address with a request for confirmation. Only after this confirmation is the registration completed. You can revoke your consent to the storage and processing of your data at any time, for example by using the "unsubscribe" link in the emails sent to you or by sending a message to the mailbox info@medek.at.

Contact Forms

To provide online forms, we use services from HubSpot. For this purpose, we forward your data to HubSpot, which processes the data only on our behalf. Please find under "HubSpot" more information on our interactions with HubSpot. Furthermore, you can find here the privacy policy of HubSpot. If you contact us via a form on the website, the data you provide will be stored on HubSpot servers for the purpose of processing your request and for any follow-up questions.

SERVICES FROM OTHER COMPANIES

Our websites use services of third-party providers who provide their services on their own responsibility. In the process, cookies or similar technologies are used when you visit our website and are transmitted to the respective third party. HubSpot Inc.

On our websites, we use an integrated software solution from HubSpot to implement various activities of our online marketing. HubSpot is a software company from the USA with a branch in Ireland: HubSpot, 2nd Floor 30 North Wall Quay, Dublin 1, Ireland, Phone: +353 1 5187500.

We use HubSpot to create landing pages, (contact) forms, analytics, social media posts, and manage our email marketing and online ads, among other things. Our HubSpot forms allow users of our websites to download content, contact us, or request more information about our portfolio.

Furthermore, services from HubSpot Inc. are used on our websites for analysis purposes. This involves the use of web beacons and also the setting of "cookies", which are stored on your device and enable the observation of data traffic on our website. The collected visit information (e.g. IP address, geographical location, browser type, duration of the visit and pages viewed) is output in analyses.

If you leave personal information on our websites (e.g. in forms), we can use HubSpot to link your individual navigation on our websites with the data you provide. We can use the data provided to find out which of our company's services are of interest to you and to contact you.

The information you provide as well as content from our landing pages (info.medek.at) and online campaigns are stored and operated on the servers of HubSpot. In the course of processing via HubSpot, data may be transmitted to the USA.
